1. What qualifies as a valid referral?
Referee successfully sign-up a co-living makeover plan from Together Living within 90 days from the date of referral. Point of recognition based on the date referee submitted information and the deposit placed for make-over project.
2. How many rewards can I earn?
You will be rewarded with a reward following the tier benchmark, which ranges between RM200 to RM600.
3. How will I receive my reward?
Upon your referee’s successful signed-up, we will email you a reward statement then transfer the reward to the bank account details you have provided within 14 working days.
4. Is there any limit to the number of successful referral awards I can get?
No, you get the rewards for as many referees as you can possibly refer!
Terms and conditions:
- A Referrer must register at the “Referral Submission Form” to make a referral. Once a Referrer refers a referee, he/she will be contacted if a qualified referral is made within 90 days.
- The referee had not previously signed up for any makeover plan with Together Living.
- The referee must be at least 18 years old and a legal owner of the referral property.
- Participation in the program may require referrers to submit personal information about themselves and the referee. The personal information will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with Together Living's Privacy Policy which can be referred to at https://togetherliving.my/privacy-policy. In addition, personal information may be used by Company on Company's behalf, to contact the referee with regards to participation in the program and to receive communications from Together Living or third-party administrators of the Program.
- The referrer should obtain consent from the referee before submitting the referral form. All submitted information through the “Referral Submission Form” shall be deemed as consent granted by both referrer and referee upon receipt.
- For each qualified referral, Together Living will deposit the money into the referrer’s bank account within 14 days based on the bank details provided in the submission.
- Should there be any other promotions or campaigns run for the referral program, this reward on referral program does not apply concurrently with other campaigns. The company reserves the right to reward you based on the program you have taken part.
- The referral program is not applicable to any service other than the makeover service.
